RE 2002-11-12.2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS RESOLUTION NO. 2002-1112.2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS, AMENDING, IN PART, THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE, AS AMENDED; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, previously adopted Resolution No. 010996.3 to provide for general and special fees and charges to be assessed and collected by the City, as authorized by the Code of Ordinances and other applicable codes, ordinances, resolutions, and laws; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Coppell desires to amend certain fees as set forth therein and delete others as authorized by law; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the Master Fee Schedule section entitled Recreation Fees, subsection 5(b), Aquatic/Recreation Center, be repealed in its entirety and replaced with new fees and a provision for Corporate Memberships, which shall read as follows: "b. Aquatic/Recreation Center: General Admission Under 3 years 3 - 54 years old Senior Citizens (55 yrs. & over) Summer Swim Punch Passes (20 Punches) Youth/Adult (3-54 years) Senior Citizen (55 yrs. & over) Resident Non-resident NC NC $4.00 $8.00 $3.00 $8.00 Member $40.00 $30.00 Non-Member $60.00 $45.00 Non-Resident $100.00 $ 80.00 1 51866-A Annual Memberships Individual Family Senior Citizen Individual Senior Citizen Family Resident $225.00 $450.00 $135.00 $270.00 Non-resident $450.00 $900.00 $270.00 $540.00 Youth Registration (ages 0-17) $ 10.00 N/A Charter Memberships Individual Family $195.00/year $390.00/year Corporate Membership $630.00 Family $315.00 Individual c. That all provisions of the resolutions of the City of Coppell, Texas, in conflict with the provisions of this Resolution, except as noted herein, be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and all other provisions not in conflict with the provisions of this Resolution shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 3. That should any word, phrase, paragraph, or section of this Resolution be held to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of this Resolution as a whole, or any part or provision thereof other than the part so decided to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, and shall not affect the validity of the Resolution as a whole. SECTION 4.
