Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in pre-
session at 6 p.m. and in regular session at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2003, in the Council
Chambers of Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened
into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City
Attorney on any agenda item listed herein.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following items:

to consider approval of an amendment to the Land Use Plan of the 1996
Comprehensive Master Plan to enlarge the Historic Overlay district to reflect the
recommendation in the Old Coppell Master Plan, and consider approval of Case
No. ZC-616(CH), Old Coppell (HO Designation), to modify the boundaries of the
HO (Historic Overlay).

Hearing to consider approval of Land Use Amendments to the 1996
Comprehensive Master Plan to reflect existing zoning/land uses on the following

east side of Denton Tap, north of Belt Line Road.
