MEETING TIME AND PLACE: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in pre- session at 6 p.m. and in regular session at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2003, in the Council Chambers of Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein. Denton Tap Road, at the request of Lilia Gonzales, Merriman Associates, Inc. STAFF REP: Gary Sieb Item 12: PUBLIC HEARING: A Planning and Zoning Commission initiated Public Hearing to consider approval of an amendment to the Land Use Plan of the 1996 Comprehensive Master Plan to enlarge the Historic Overlay district to reflect the recommendation in the Old Coppell Master Plan, and consider approval of Case No. ZC-616(CH), Old Coppell (HO Designation), to modify the boundaries of the HO (Historic Overlay). STAFF REP: Gary_ Sieb Item 13: PUBLIC HEARING: A Planning and Zoning Commission initiated Public Hearing to consider approval of Land Use Amendments to the 1996 Comprehensive Master Plan to reflect existing zoning/land uses on the following properties: a portion of Northlake Estates (Howell and Bullock Drives) and the east side of Denton Tap, north of Belt Line Road.
