A RESOLUTION OF THE COPPELL CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE A JOINT ELECTION AGREEMENT AND ELECTION
SERVICES CONTRACT WITH DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS TO CONDUCT A
MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD MAY 3, 1997, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS:
Section 1
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a joint election agreement and election
services contract with Dallas County, Texas to conduct the municipal election to be held May
3, 1997, including any Run-off Elections.
Section 2
That this Resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its passage.
