MARK BORCHGARDT PAUL MILOSEVICH MEETING TIME AND PLACE: Notice is hereby given that the Plam~ing and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in pre-session at 6 p.m. and in regular session at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2003, in the Council Chambers of Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. As authorized by Section 551.071 (2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein. Item 4: PUBLIC HEARING: Consider approval of Case No. S-1210-C, Subway Restaurant, zoning change request from PD-157R6-C (Planned Development-157 Revision 6-Commercial) to PD-157R6-C-S-1210 (Planned Development-157 Revision 6-CommerciaI-Special Use Permit-1210), to allow the operation of an approximate 1,500 square-foot restaurant to be located at 809 S. MacArthur (southwest corner of Belt Line Road and MacArthur Boulevard), at the request of Thomas Chapman. Case No. PD-185R-LI, Coppell Industrial Addition (Tradepoint), zoning change on 98.84 acres of property from PD-185-LI to PD-185R- LI to attach a Detail Site Plan to allow for an approximate 350,183 square-foot expansion to the existing 600,000 square-foot building on Lot 1R and the development of an approximate 952,094 square-foot office/warehouse building on Lot 2. d.
