MARK BORCHGARDT PAUL MILOSEVICH MEETING TIME AND PLACE: Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in pre- session at 6 p.m. and in regular session at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 18, 2004, in the Council Chambers of Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein. Item 4: PUBLIC HEARING (Continued): Consider approval of Case No. S-1098R2, Kroger, zoning change request from C-S-1098R (Commercial-Special Use Permit 1098 REvised) to C-S-1098R2 (Commercial, Special Use Permit-1098 REvision 2), to allow a drive-through pharmacy with canopy along the west side of the existing grocery store located at the northwest corner of Sandy Lake and MacArthur, at the request of Mike Clark of Winkelmann and Associates, Inc. Case No. S-1213, Roly Poly Sandwiches, zoning change request from C to C-S-1213. b. Vista Ridge Addition, Lot lA and lB, Block D, Replat, to allow the subdivision of 22.59 acres of property into two lots, located at the northeast corner of Denton Tap Road and S.H. 121. c. Hidden Valley, Final Plat, to allow a 16-lot single-family subdivision on 7.3 acres of property zoned PD-106-SF-9, located along the southerly extension of Hidden Valley Road. d. Champions School of Real Estate, Lot 1, Block 1, Site Plan Amendment, to allow one additional 20 square-foot sign on the west elevation of the existing 6,293 square-foot office building. B.
