A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL,
TEXAS AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 010996.3 BY AMENDING SECTION I(K)
THEREOF BY AMENDING THE RECREATIONAL FEES FOR SPORTS ENTRY FOR
RESIDENTS AND NON-RESIDENTS AND FOR CLINICS/TOURNAMENTS; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Coppell, Texas previously adopted
Resolution No. 010996.3 to provide the general and special fees and charges to be assessed and
collected by the City of Coppell as authorized by the Code of Ordinances, resolutions and other
laws; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend certain fees set forth in Resolution No.
010996.3;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No. 010996.3 of the City of Coppell, Texas be and the
same is hereby amended in part by amending Section I(K), by amending the recreational fees for
sports entry and clinics/tournaments to read as follows:
"Recreational Fees
1. Sports Entry Fee-Resident $ $.00 per player per season
Sports Entry Fee-Non-resident $10.00 per player per season.
4. Clinics or Tournaments Each sports association is entitled to one free clinic
or tournament per season thereafter 20% of gross
receipts."

SECTION 2. That all provisions of resolutions of the City of Coppell, Texas, in conflict
with the provisions of this resolution be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and all other provisions
not in conflict with the provisions of this resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. That should any sentence, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase or section
of this resolution be adjudged or held to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, the same shall not
affect the validity of this resolution as a whole, or any part or provision thereof other than the part
so decided to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage
provided the fees established herein shall become effective beginning August 1, 1996, and it is
accordingly so resolved.
DULY PASSED AND APPROVED by the City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas,
