RE 01-10-95.1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COPPELL RESOLUTION NO. 011095.1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.110894.3; PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING AND NOTICE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING TO DETERMINE ASSESSMENTS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That Resolution No. //¢~¢(! ~/.~ be, and the same is hereby, amended by amending Section 4 to read as follows: "That a public hearing on the question of such assessments is hereby called for the 24th day of January, 1995, at 7:30 p.m., in the City Council Chamber. Such public hearing will be conducted by the City Council and each person who owns or claims benefitted property or an interest in that property is entitled to be heard on any matter relevant to the assessment. Written notice of the public hearing shall be made to the address of the owner of the property or to the person who last paid taxes on the property as determined by the City tax rolls. The notice must be mailed before the 10th day before the date of the hearing and shall be published three times in a newspaper of general circulation in the City, the first of which shall be before the 10th day before the date set for the hearing. A list of the owners and their addresses is attached hereto as Exhibit "C" and made part hereof for all purposes." SECTION 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage, and it is accordingly so resolved.
