RE 11-08-94.4 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COPPELL RESOLUTION NO. 110894.4 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL; TEXAS, ESTABLISHING A PUBLIC HEARING DATE TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN AND IMPOSITION OF THE IMPACT FEE FOR ROADWAY FACILITIES; PROVIDING FOR THE GIVING OF NOTICE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of tbe City of Coppell, Texas has adopted land use assassinations for roadway facilities; and WHEREAS, a capital improvements plan for roadway facilities has been ci~velopai by qualified professionals, in accordance with Se~tlon 395.046 of the Texas Local (~over~ment Code; and WHEREAS, Section 395.04? of the Texas Local Government Code requires the governing body of th~ Cit~ of Copp~ll hold a public hearing to d/scuss th~ adopt/on of the capital im?r~em~nts plan and fl~ ~ ~rr~osition of the im.r~ct fe~ for roadway facilities; NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T ~LVED BY THE crrY COUNCIL OF THE crrY OF COPPEI.I~ TEXAS: SECTION L That tbe City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, shall conduct a public hearing on ~ecember 13, 1~, at 7:~) p. m. to discuss the proposed adoption of a capital improvements plan and the im?~itioil of an ira?act fee for roadway facilities. SECTION 2. That on or before the date of the first publication of tbe notice of the aforesaid public h~ar~g, the capital improvements plan shall be made aw~l~ble to the public. SECTION 3. That pursuant to Section 395.049 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Assistant City Man~er is directed to cause a Notice of Public HearinS on Adoption of Impact Fees to be published ollce a week for three consecutive weeks in the City's newspaper in a size not ~m~ller thall one-quarter page of standard-size or tabloid-size newspaper, with the headline of the not/ce to be/n eighteen point or larger type. The first notice shall appear on or after the 60th day before the date set for th~ hearing but be/ore the 30th day before the date set for the hearin~ SECTION 4.
