Notice is hereby given that the Keep Coppell Beautiful Committee will meet in regular session at 7:00 p.m. October 21,2004
in the Conference Room at Coppell Service Center. Members include: Lisa Cunov, John Dobson, Deborah Newton-Hair,
Sheila Bester, Julie Basham, Jane Filarowicz, and Karen Smith. City Liaison: Amanda Vanhoozier. The purpose of this
meeting is to consider the following items:

Citizen's Forum. Citizens should complete a Citizen's Appearance Form. Pursuant to the State
Open Meetings Law, the Committee is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted on
the Agenda. Action on your statement can only be taken at future meetings.
Item 5: Keep Coppell Beautiful Orientation (Amanda)
Item 6:
Discussion and consider approval of contracting the Coppell Community Garden to
manage the CCG programs, including the Farmers Market.
Item 7: Discussion and consider approval of Texas Recycles Day Activities.
Item 8: Discussion of the Adopt a Locations program.
