Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas will
meet in Regular Called Session on Tuesday, February 22, 2005, at 5:00 p.m.
for Joint Work Session, Joint Executive Session, Executive Session, Work
Session and Regular Session will begin at 7:00 p.m., to be held at Town
Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas.
As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this
meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of
seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item
listed herein.
The City of Coppell reserves the right to reconvene, recess or realign the
Work Session or called Executive Session or order of business at any time
prior to adjournment.

February 8, 2005.
Consider approval of a Resolution calling the Regular IVlunicipal
Election for Councilmembers Place 1, 3, 5 and 7 for Saturday,
Hay 7, 2005; authorizing the City IVlanager to enter into and sign
a .loint Election Agreement and Election Service Contract with
Dallas County Elections Department for conducting the IVlunicipal
Election; and authorizing the IVlayor to sign.
Consider approval of canceling the IVlarch 22, 2005 City Council
meeting due to Spring Break and lack of quorum.
Consider approval of entering into an agreement with Freese and
Nichols, Inc. to perform an Impact Fee study for revisions to the
City's current Impact Fee ordinance, in an amount of $87,000,
as provided for in Roadway Impact Fee collections; and
authorizing the City IVlanager to sign.
Consider approval of award of Bid No. Q-0105-01 for Annual
Contracts for the purchase of Fertilizer and Chemicals to: Estes,
