As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein. The City of Coppell reserves the right to reconvene, recess or realign the Work Session or called Executive Session or order of business at any time prior to adjournment. Consider approval of awarding a contract to Uretek USA, Inc. for the construction of the annual street repair/mud jacking program through the City of Piano's Interlocal Purchasing Agreement, in an amount of $50,000, as provided for in the Infrastructure Maintenance fund. Consider approval to award RFP-#0080 Construction Manager at Risk for the public safety building to Harrison, Walker & Harper, LP and authorizing the City Manager to sign all required documents relative to the purchase.
