RE 01-08-91.1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS RESOLUTION NO. 010891.1 WHEREAS, the City of Coppell accepted the entryway monument sign located in the median of South Beltline Road during the City Council meeting of December 11, 1990; and WHEREAS, this entryway monument will proudly designate Coppell as a unique and high quality community; and WHEREAS, this monument symbolizes the joint community spirit involved in its construction; and WHEREAS, this monument is graciously given as an everlasting gift from the Exchange Club, Rotary Club and Lions Club. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas: SECTION NO. 1 Members of the Exchange Club, Rotary Club and Lions Club shall maintain the logos appearing on the South Belt Line Road entry monument to insure their quality and appearance. SECTION NO. 2 It is the City Council's intention that the City will provide maintenance of landscape, electric, and irrigation components of the entry monument as may be possible within budgeted funds. SECTION NO. 3 Representatives from the Exchange Club, Rotary Club and Lions Club shall work with the City Council to review and approve future perspective Club logos prior to their appearance on the South Belt Line entry monument. SECTION NO. 4 This resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage as the law in such cases provides. DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, APPROVED BY.
