As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein. Consider approval for the procurement of the furniture/fixtures for the Police Department Expansion in the amount of $87,154.46, and the Fire Station #03 Renovations and new training facility in the amount of $74,872.00, and authorzing City Manager to sign all documentation. 12.
