RE 2006-1128.1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS RESOLUTION NO. 2006-1128.1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 010996.3, THE MASTER FEE SCHEDULE, AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING THE FIRE PREVENTION FEES, IN PART; FOOD ESTABLISHMENT FEES, IN PART; THE MOBILE FOOD VENDING FEES, IN PART; AND THE SPECIAL EVENT FEES, IN PART; AND PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Coppell, Texas, previously adopted Resolution No. 010996.3 to provide for general and special fees and charges to be assessed and collected by the City, as authorized by the Code of Ordinances and other applicable codes, ordinances, resolutions, and laws; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Coppell desires to amend certain fees as set forth therein and delete others as authorized by law; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the Master Fee Schedule section entitled "Fire Prevention Fees" be amended, in part, to read as follows: " Sec. 15-5-1, Fire Prevention Fire Sprinkler System Plan Review and Inspection Fee Fire Suppression System Plan Review & Inspection Fee $100.00 $50.00 " SECTION 2. That the Master Fee Schedule section entitled "General Fees" be amended, in part, to read as follows: Food Establishment Fees: " Non-Profit Temporary Food Permit $ 25.00 " 1 Mobile Food Vending Fees: ".... Mobile Fees are for 6 months only Mobile Vending/Full Service Mobile V ending/Prepackaged Hot Hold Mobile Vending/Soft Serve Ice Cream Prepackaged Mobile Ice Cream Vending $200.00 $200.00 $200.00 Fees Deleted " Recreational Fees: 6) Special Event Fees: " Dedicated Fire/EMS unit with two paramedics " Replaces "Dedicated ambulance with two paramedics" SECTION 3. That all provisions of the resolutions of the City of Coppell, Texas, in conflict with the provisions of this Resolution, except as noted herein, be, and the same are hereby, repealed, and all other provisions not in conflict with the provisions of this Resolution shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 4. That should any word, phrase, paragraph, or section of this Resolution be held to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of this Resolution as a whole, or any part or provision thereof other than the part so decided to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, and shall not affect the validity of the Resolution as a whole. SECTION 5. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its passage as the law and charter in such cases provide.
