RE 08-13-85.1 RESOLUTION NO. 081385.1 A RESOLUTION GRANTING CONSENT FOR THE ANNEXATION OF LAND BY COPPELL MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 WHEREAS, Coppell Muiicipal Utility District No. 1 has sub- mitted its request for the consent of the City to annex a tract of land containing some 15.9143acres of land, more or less, situ- ated wholly within the corporate limits of the City; and WHEREAS, th'e City Council has duly considered said request and has determined that the City should consent to said annexa- tion; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS: 1. The City of Coppell, Texas, hereby grants its consent to Coppell Municipal Utility District No. 1 for said District to annex the ~.9143 acres of land, more or less, more fully described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof for all pur- poses. 2. A certified copy or copies of this Resolution shall be furnished to the District. PASSED AND APPROVED this ~L~ day of August, 1985.
