RE 05-05-84 RESOLUTION NO.050584 A RESOLUTION GRANTING CONSENT FOR THE ANNEXATION OF LAND BY COPPELL MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 WHEREAS, Coppell Municipal Utility District No. 1 has sub- mitted its request for the consent of the City to annex a tract of land containing some 411.1760 acres of land, more or less, situated wholly within the corporate limits of the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered said request and has determined that the City should consent to said annexation; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS: 1. The City of Coppell, Texas, hereby grants its consent to Coppell Municipal Utility District No. 1 for said District to annex the 411.1760 acres of land, more or less, more fully described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes. 2. A certified copy or copies of this Resolution shall be furnished to said District. PASSED and APPROVED this 5th day of May 1984.
