RE 11-13-79 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS RESOLUTION NO. 111379 WHEREAS, The Dallas Coun~ 1977 Capital Improvement Program contained a project defined as 'Bethel~Beltline-Esters - $340,O00;'and WHEREAS, it was the understanding of the City of Coppell that the sum~f $340,000 could be applied to any portion of the proposed route; and WHEREAS, it is no longer feasible to use this funding for the purpose of assuring a grade separation with Spur 635; and WHEREAS, current development priorities are such that the most advantageous portion of this route is considered to be from Bethel Road West of Coppell Road to Cotton Road along Esters Road Approx. one mile. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS; SECTION 1. That the Dallas County Commissioners Court be asked to apply the full amount of money (minus administration expenditures) of the Bethel-Beltline-Esters Project to this segment of the route, to be expended with funds provided by the City of Coppell for the purpose of upgrading the existing two lane asphalt road.
