WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Copped, Texas, has determined that the within described two (2) foot portion of the utility easement of 552 Briarglen should be abandoned in favor of the abutting owner, Now, Therefore, BE Tr ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That for and in consideration stated hereK the City of Coppell hereby abandons and quitclaims in favor of C. Russell McKinney and Joyce McKinney, the abutting owner, that certain tract or parcel of land more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part hereof for all purposes, the same as if fully copied herein r SECTION 2. That the rights being abandoned in the property described herein consist of two co 0 (2) feet of the utility easement described in Exhibit "A" and as shown on a map thereof attached hereto as Exhibit `B" and made part hereof for all purposes, the same as if fully copied herein. trn r� SECTION 3.
