Mayor Wolfe celled the meeting to order. Item 1: Ovsrv~ of F~uancia! Report - Deputy City Manager/Finance Director Frank Tr,ando a. General b. Water & Sewer c. Debt Service ~ City Manager Alan D. Rstliff introduced the purpose of.the meeting und turned the meeting over to Deputy City l~nagsr/l~]~zance D~rector Frank Trando who save an overview and financ~al report on the c~Fr~ne statue on the general voter and sewer fund, and debt aervic~ fund. Mayor Pro-Trna Wilkereun arrived during diacuoelon of thio item. Item 2: Co~pensation Study - Assistant City Manager/Personnel Director Vivyon Bo~an; Waters & Trego Con~ultunc Jeff Grady Asoiotant City Manager/Personnel Director Vivyon Bare, an and Mr. Jeff Crady, Waters & Trego Consultants, mede a presentation on the proposed Compensation Study. It was the consensus of the Council that additional information would be provided prior to a deciolon being made on thio subject. Item 3: Major Projects Sta~uo Report a. Overview - City Manager A~an Ratliff b. Depart~a~nt&! F~vi~ I. Legal - City A~o~ey Para--el Vi~ V. City manager Alan D. Ratliff gave an overivew and outlined procedures of the reminder of the presentations. Each Director in turn, beginning with City Attorney Larry Jackson, gave a revew and project status report on their various Departments as listed in the agenda. City Manager Alan D. Ratliff then presented qrap-up comments and distributed rating sheets to City Council members and requested that each pending project from all Departments be rated and returned for prioritirations by the end of May.
