Mayor golfs called the meeting to order and convened into Executive
EXECUTIVE SESSION (Closed to the Public)

and review of pendin~ litigation matters by City Attorney.
Mayor Wolfe then declared the public session closed for an Executive
Session on Tuesday, July 18, 1989 et $**34 p.m. as allowed under the
above recited arCiclas. Mayor Wolfe adjourned the Executive Session at
5:52 p.u. on Tuesday, July 18, 1989, and opened the pablic session.

Mayor Pro Tern Wilkerson moved that the m~untes of Juun 27, 1989 and June
29, 1989 be approved as submitted. Councilman Caeman seconded the
motion; notion carried 6-0 vith Hayer Pro Ten Wilkerson, Councilmen
Thomas, Morton, Cowman, Robertson and Nelson votia8 iu favor of the
motion.

Mayor Wolfe reported on the following irene:

in the City. Nay~r Wolfe stated that the City does have a
policy on participation by Ch, City concerning dro:Lnage

in the medians on .ouCh Beltline ~oad. Consulting Engineer
Wayne Cinn presented chis report and stated that ch,
Contractor is rephcing dead trees in this area,
hydro-mulching the medians and moving those areas that require

F. Councilman Co,man :requested that the City pursue contacting
owners to ~ high weeds and grass in various areas of the
City. particularly the Freeport Parkway area. Councilman
Co, man stated thc he felt the lack of thio muintenance
presence a traffic hazard in these areas.
Councilman Thomas requested a status report on the Hr. BBQ
facility and vas inforaed that the trailer housing the Hr.
BBQ had been removed.
