RatLiff, City Secretary Dorothy Tiumons and City Attorney Larry Jackoou. Mayor golfs called the meeting to order and convened into Executive EXECUTIVE SESSION (Closed to the Public) ~-S1 Article 6252-17, Section 2 (e) diecuoeion with City Attorney and review of pendin~ litigation matters by City Attorney. Mayor Wolfe then declared the public session closed for an Executive Session on Tuesday, July 18, 1989 et $**34 p.m. as allowed under the above recited arCiclas. Mayor Wolfe adjourned the Executive Session at 5:52 p.u. on Tuesday, July 18, 1989, and opened the pablic session. Consulting Engineer Wayne Cinn presented chis report and stated that ch, Contractor is rephcing dead trees in this area, hydro-mulching the medians and moving those areas that require it. Councilman Co,man :requested that the City pursue contacting owners to ~ high weeds and grass in various areas of the City. particularly the Freeport Parkway area. Councilman Co, man stated thc he felt the lack of thio muintenance presence a traffic hazard in these areas. Councilman Thomas requested a status report on the Hr.
