The City Council of the City of Coppell met in a special called
Executive Session on Monday, August 8, 1988 at 7:00 a.m. in the City
Council Executive Conference Room. The following members were present:
Lou Duggan, Mayor
Dean Wilkerson, Mayor Pro Tem
Walter PettiJohn, Councilman
Tom Morton, Councilman
Bill Smothermon, Councilman
Jim Cowman, Councilman
Hark ~olfe, Councilman
John A. Nelson, Councilman
Also present were City Hanager Alan D. Ratltff and City Attorney Larry
Jackson.
EXECUTIVE SESSION (Closed to the public)
Item 1: Article 6252-17, (e), discussion with City Attorney as amended.
I. Private consultation with City Attorney on a matter dealing
with the Cities legal position in regard to an Economic
Development Proposal.
The Council convened into Executive Session as allowed under the above
recited article at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, August 8, 1988. Mayor Duggan
adjourned the Executive Session at 7:45 a,m. on Monday, AuEust 8, 1988.
The meeting was then adjourned,
