The City Council of the City of Coppell met in a special called
Executive Session on Tuesday, August 16, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. in the
Coppell Town Center, Executive Conference Room. The following members
were present:
Lou Duggan, Mayor
Dean Wilkerson, Mayor Pro Tem
Walter Petti]ohn, Councilman
Jim Cowman, Councilman
Mark Wolfe, Councilman
John A. Nelson, Councilman
Also present were City Manager Alan D. Ratliff and City Attorney Larry
Jackson,
EXECUTIVE SESSION (Closed to the public)
Item 1: Article 6252-17 concerning private consultation with the
City Attorney on a matter dealing with the City's legal
position in regard to Economic Development and the purchase,
exchange, lease or value of real property pursuant to
Section 2 (e) and (f) of said Article, as amended.
Mayor Duigan called the meeting to order on Tuesday, August 16, 1988 for
an Executive Session as allowed under the above recited article. The
Council convened into Executive Session at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Duggan
adjourned the Executive Session at 9:35 p.m.
There being no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned.
