with the Council. City Manager Frank A. Proctor, Jr. made a statement
to the Council concerning the Municipal Complex and voiced concerns over
potential problems that might be encountered in the construction of the

of the budget for the complex, the need for adequate space for current
as well as future City employees and the cost of needs for items that
were deleted from the contract such as the vaults and janitor closets
with running water. Following discussion on this item Mayor Pro Tem
Thompson moved that these suggestions and indicated needs for the City

estimates and that this item be brought back for final recommendation.
