CM 1986-04-30 Minntes of April 30, 1986
The City Council of the City of Coppell met in special called session on
Wednesday April 30, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. The meeting was held at Western
Capitol Corporation 14755 Preston Road, Suite 625, Dallas, Texas. The
following members were present:
Lou Duggan, Mayor
Dale Ware, Mayor Pro Tem
Dean Wilkerson, Councilman
Tom Morton, Councilman
Bill Smothermon, Councilman
Jim Cowman, Councilman
Mark Wolfe, Councilman
Dan Stanton, Councilman
Also present were Frank A. Proctor, Jr., City Manager, Dorothy Ti~mons,
City Secretary, Larry Jackson, City Attorney, Frank Trando, Finance
Director, Ed Powell, City Engineer and Steve Goram, Public Works
Director. Also in attendance were members of the Municipal Utility
District which included Dick Pierce, MUD Engineer, Paul Phy MUD
Attorney, Terry Long, Bob Rehm, Larry Martin and Charlie Wade MUD Board
members.
Mayor Duggan called the meeting to order.
EXECUTIVE SESSION (Clsoed to the public)
Item 1: Article 6252-17, Section 2 (f) negotiation of matters for the
benefit of the City where open discussion would effect the
negotiating position of the City, between the City Council and
third parties.
The meeting went into Executive Session as allowed under the above

stated article.
Following the Executive Session the meeting was adjourned.
