CM 1986-08-01 Minutes of August 1, 1986
The City Council of the City of Coppell met in an emergency called
session on Friday, August 1, 1986 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room of the
First Coppell Bank. The following members were present:
Lou Duggan, Mayor
Dale Ware, Mayor Pro Tem
Dean Wilkerson, Councilman
Tom Morton, Councilman
Bill Smothermon, Councilman
Jim Cowman, Councilman
Mark Wolfe, Councilman
Dan Stanton, Councilman
Also present were City Manager Frank A. Proctor, Jr., City Secretary
Dorothy Tigons and City Attorney Larry Jackson.
The meeting was called to order.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: (Closed to the Public)
Item 1: Article 6252-17, Section 2 (f) discussion concerning personnel.
Item A: Discussion of management philosophies with the City
Manager.
The meeting immediately went into executive session as allowed under the
above stated article. Following the executive session the meeting was
adJourned.
