CM 1984-07-17 Minutes of July 17, 1984
The City Council of the City of Coppell met in a special called work session
at 7:30 p.m. on the 17th day of July, 1984 at the First Security Bank and Trust
Conference Room.
The following members were present:
Andrew Brown, Jr., Mayor
Bunny Thompson, Mayor Pro Tem
Lou Duggan, Councilman
John Bailey, Councilman
Also present were City Manager Ron Ragland, City Street Superintendent Garry
Wiggs, City Engineer Wayne Ginn, Planning & Zoning Chairman Ray Smedul, Park
Board Chairman Don Morris and representatives from EDI, Corporation.
The meeting was called to order and went immediately into a work session on
a streetscape design plan for the City of Coppell.
Following the work session, the meeting was adjourned.
