The City Council of the City of Coppell met in work session on January
15, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. in the conference room of the First Security Bank
and Trust. The following members were present:
Bunny Thompson, Mayor Pro Tem
Dale Ware, Councilman
Lou Duggan, Councilman
John Bailey, Councilman
Walter PettiJohn, Councilman
Also present were City Manager Ron Ragland, City Secretary Dorothy
Timmons, City Engineers Wayne Ginn and John Wankum, City Administrative
Assistant Mark Sweeney, City Streets and Parks Superintendent C. B.
Rogers, and City Consultant Tom Shelton. Mayor Brown was not present.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro Tem Bunny Thompson. A work
session was then held on the proposed streetscape plan.
Following the work session, the meeting was adjourned.
