CM 1985-12-04 Minutes Of December 4, 1985
The City Council of the City of Coppell met in special called session on
Wednesday, December 4, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. in the Coppell High School
Auditorium. The following members were present:
Lou Duggan, Mayor
Bunny Thompson, Mayor Pro Tem
Dale Ware, Councilman
John Bailey, Councilman
Walter Pettijohn, Councilman
Bill Smothermon, Councilman
Also present were City Manager Frank A. Proctor, Jr., City Secretary
Dorothy Tigons and City Attorney Larry Jackson.
Mayor Duggan called the meeting to order.
ITEM. NO. 1:
Present information on recent issues of the city.
Mayor Duggan made a statement on recent issues of the City which was
followed by statements from each individual councflmember.
Following the presentations the meeting was adjourned.
