Minutes of Jan~a~ 19, 1982
The Ci~ Council of the City of Coppell met in special called session
on Janua~ 19, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. at the Grapevine Concourse in Grapevine,
Texas.
The following member~ were present:
Andrew Brown, Jr., Mayor
David Phillips, Mayor Pro Tem
Walter Pettijohn, Councilman
Orville Mayo, Councilman
Dale Ware, Councilman
Glen White, Councilman
Also present were City Administrator Jim Elium, Ci~ Secretary Dorothy
Timmons, CiO Inspectors Tr~ Glidewell and Scott Barnett, and the City
Engineer for the EPA Project Bob ~le.
The meeting went directly into an Executive Session closed to the public
allowed under Article 6252-17, Section 2 (g) discussion concerning personnel.
Following the Executive Session, the meeting was declared open to the public.
Councilman Pettijohn moved that Marsha Donaldson be hired if she accepts the
job at a sala~ of $895.00 per month effective as soon as she can give notice;
Mayor Pro Tem Phillips seconded and motion carried 4-0-1 with Councilman
White abstaining.
The meettng was then adjourned.
