.Minutes of December 28, 1982
The City Council of the City of Coppell met in emergency session on
December 28, 1982, at 7:30 p.m. at the home of councilman Dale Ware
at 572 Rocky Branch, Coppell, Texas.
The following members were present:
Andrew Brown, Jr., Mayor
Orville Mayo, Mayor Pro Tem
Dale Ware, Councilman
Glen White, Councilman
Bunny Thompson, Councilman
Councilman Pettijohn was not present. Also present was Sue Norris, Secretary
of the Park Board.
ITEM NO. 1: Following discussion by the council Councilman White moved that
a resolution be adopted for the purpose of amending the contract and purchase
agreement with Univest to purchase Park Land. Councilman Ware seconded and
motion carried 4-0.
The meeting was then closed for an Executive Session allowed under Article
6252-17, Section 2 (9) discussion concerning personnei~
The meeting was then adjourned.
