CM 1987-03-18 Minutes of March 18, 1987
The City Council of the City of Coppell met in special called meeting on
Wednesday, March 18, 1987 at 7:30 p.m. in the Coppell Town Center. The
following members were present:
Lou Duggan, Mayor
Dean Wilkerson, Councilman
Bill Smothermon, Councilman
Jim Cowman, Councilman
Mark Wolfe, Councilman
Dan Stanton, Councilman
Mayor Pro Tem Dale Ware and Councilman Tom Morton were not present.
Also present were City Manager Alan D. latliff and City Attorney Larry
Jackson.
Mayor Duggan called the meeting to order.
EXECUTIVE SESSION (Closed to the public)
Item IA: Article 6252-17, Section 2 (f) discussion with respect to the
purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property.
The meeting was .then closed for an Executive Session as allowed under
the above stated article. Following the Executive Session the meeting
was declared open to the public.
PUBLIC SESSION ' (Open to the public)
Item 2: A work session was then held with U.P.S. and the developer
on the Bethel/Royal Lane infrastructure improvements. Following the
work session, the meeting was adjourned.
