CM 1994-06-25 MINUTES OF JUNE 25/26, 1994
The City Council of the City of Coppell met in special called work session on Saturday, June
25 at 9:30 a.m. and Sunday, June 26, 1994 at 9:00 a.m. at the D/FW Hilton, 1800 Highway
26 E, Grapevine, Texas. The following members were present Saturday, June 25, 1994:
Tom Morton, Mayor
Norm Alexander, Councilmember
Flo McFadden Stahly, Councilmember _._.
Danny L. Watson, Councilmember
Mitch Reitman, Councilmember
Candy Sheehan, Councilmember
Mayor Pro Tem Robertson and Councilmember Mayo were absent from the meeting.
City Manager Jim Witt was also present.
The following Councilmembers were present Sunday, June 26, 1994:

WORK SESSION (Open to the public)
1. Call to order
Mayor Morton called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, June 25, 1994, and
adjourned at 4:25 p.m., Saturday, June 25, 1994. Mayor Morton called the meeting to order
at 9:00 a.m., Sunday, June 26, 1994. Councilmember Reitman arrived at this time.
2. City Council/City Staff- Planning Session
A copy of "Council and Staff Member Vision Building and Implementation Work Session",
presented by Alexander Performance Management, Inc. is on file in the City Secretary
Department. This document, introduced by John O. Alexander, was utilized for on-site training,
of new approaches to building leadership vision, organizational teams and performance
management, and implementing organizational vision.
There being no further business to come before the Council the meeting was adjourned at 4:25
p.m., Sunday, June 26, 1994.
