Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Coppell, Texas, will meet
on Thursday, July 5, 2007, at 7:30 p.m., in the Conference Room of the Fire Administration
Building, 500 Southwestern Blvd.
As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be
convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice
from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein.

Call to Order.
ITEM 2:
Public Hearing to consider the recommendation for adoption of the 2006
Editions of the following Codes: International Building Code, International
Energy Conservation Code, International Fire Code, International Fuel Gas
Code, International Mechanical Code, International Plumbing Code,
International Property Maintenance Code, International Residential Building
Code, as well as the 2005 Edition of the National Electrical Code, all with local
Coppell amendments, carried over from the previous code adoption.

The City of Coppell acknowledges its responsibility to comply with the Americans with
