RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COPPELL, TEXAS
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Coppell, Texas,
has heretofore on the 11th day of S ~ ' 1967,
filed with the City Secretary a General~udgerrfor the City
of Coppell, Texas, covering the fiscal year October 1, 1967,
through September 30, 1967; and,
WHEREAS, the governing body of the City of Coppe11,
Texas, desires to provide for a public hearing on such budget;
and,
WHEREAS, the following resolution was submitted to
the governing body of the City of Coppell, Texas, for its con-
sideration, NOW, THEREFORE:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COPPELL, TEXAS:
Section 1. That the City Council of the City of Coppel1,
Texas, finds that the Mayor has filed on the 11th day of
3eptember , 1967, with the City Secretary, a General
Budget for the City of Coppell, Texas, for the fiscal year
October 1, 1967 through September 30, 1968.
Section 2. That in order to provide for a public
hearing on such budget, the City Council of the City of Coppell,
Texas, hereby declares that said hearing shall take place on
the 28th day of September , 1967, at 7:~9 o'clock,
M. The place of said hearing will be the 1ty Hall in
Coppell, Texas.
Section 3. That public notice of the hour, date and
place of such hearing shall be made public by posting a copy of
this resolution in three public places in the City, one of which
shall be the City Hall, and the publication of this resolution
in one issue of the official newspaper.
