BM 2007-09-05 CEDF COPPELL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION September 5, 2007 MINUTES The Coppell Economic Development Foundation met at 5:305 p.m. on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at Coppell Town Center, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. The following were present: Bill Rohloff, Bill Lowery, Gary Roden, Mindi Hurley, City Manager Jim Witt, Deputy City Manager Clay Phillips, and Scarlett Hovland. Call to Order 1. ? Bill Rohloff called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Approval of Minutes: June 21, 2006 2. ? Gary Roden made a motion to approve the minutes from June 21, 2006. Bruce Lowery seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Consider and authorize Clay Phillips to negotiate and execute final purchase and sale 3. agreement between the City of Coppell and the Coppell Economic Development Foundation, and related documents for the purchase of approximately 9.4 acres of land out of the J. Simmons Survey, Abstract No. 1296, located along the east side of Coppell Road, approximately 250 feet south of Bethel Road from the City of Coppell for the resale of such property to Kolberg Development LLC. ? Gary Roden made a motion to authorize Clay Phillips to negotiate and execute final purchase and sale agreement between the City of Coppell and the Coppell Economic Development Foundation, and related documents for the purchase of approximately 9.4 acres of land out of the J. Simmons Survey, Abstract No. 1296, located along the east side of Coppell Road, approximately 250 feet south of Bethel Road from the City of Coppell for the resale of such property to Kolberg Development LLC.
