(PacTrust) and the City of Coppell for the construction of Southwestern Boulevard from the Denton Tap/Belt Line intersection to Coppell Road; and authorizing the City Manager to sign and execute any necessary documents. 17.Consider approval of a resolution designating the sole Provider of alcoholic beverages at the October 18, 2008 Coppell Oaktoberfest, and authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with said Provider. 18.Mayor and Council Reports.
