Notice is hereby given that the Coppell Park and Recreation BoardlCRDC will have a meeting at 6:30
p.m., Monday, September 8, 2008, in the conference room at the Coppell Road Service Center. The
purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items:

Item 1:
Call the meeting to order.
Item 2:
Citizen's Forum. Citizens should complete a Citizen's Appearance Form. Pursuant to the State
Open Meetings Law, the Board is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted
on the Agenda. Action on your statement can only be taken at future meetings.
COPPELL RECREATION DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ITEMS
Item 3: Consider approval of the minutes from the August 4, 2008, meeting.
Item 4: Consider approval of award of Change Order Number 1, in the amount of $24,487.00, to
Sports Field Solutions to change the specified Bermuda sprigs to solid Bermuda sod, to add
drainage and to set bases, on Wagon Wheel Park Baseball Fields #1-4, and authorizing the
President to sign
Item 5: Consider approval of the installation of an alternate sanitation system for the pools of the
Coppell Aquatics and Recreation Center, including an Ultraviolet Light sanitation system, and
adding $100,000.00 to the annual project list for installation during the current off-season.
