BA 2009-01-15 KCB KEEP COPPELL BEAUTIFUL MEETING January 15, 2009 Meeting Time: 7:00 p.m. Meeting Place: Conference Room Coppell Road Service Center 816 South Coppell Road Mission: To involve individuals and businesses throughout the community to promote education and initiatives that encourage waste reduction, litter prevention, beautification and environmental sustainability. Notice is hereby given that the Keep Coppell Beautiful Board will meet in regular session at 7:00 p.m., January 15, 2009, in the Conference Room at Coppell Road Service Center. Members include: Brent Wooten (Chair), Tom Hudon (Co-Chair), Carole Gayler, Shannon Olmstead, Craig Pritzlaff, Brandi Todd and Angie Huff. Student Advisors: James Halpin and Paul Chung. City Liaison: Cristal Rollins. The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following items: Agenda Item 1: Call to Order November 20, 2008 Item 2: Consider Approval of Minutes: Item 3: Citizen’s Forum Citizens should complete a Citizen’s Appearance Form.
