Dear Jim:
It is with regret that I must resign my City Council appointments to the Coppell
Education Development Corporation Board and as alternate Red Cross representative. I
have accepted a new full -time job offer and will be relocating to Cincinnati, Ohio at the
end of this month.
It has been my pleasure to serve the City during the past several months. I am sorry that
my tenure was unforeseeably short.

Mr. Jerry Coker
Chairman, C.E.D.C.

Coppell, Texas 75019
Dear Jerry:
It is with regret that I must at this time tender my resignation as a member
of the Coppell Education Development Corporation, effective
immediately. I have been advised by my doctor of the need to drastically
cut back on my activities due to health concerns. This will not be a
permanent change, but one that is necessary for at least the next year.
I have tremendously enjoyed my experience on the C.E.D.C. and feel that
we have done a valuable service to hundreds of students served by the
school districts affected by our funds. We have been ground breakers in
the state of Texas. I feel that what we have done to this point will serve as
a model for other communities in the state. I am so proud to have been a
part of this work.
Best wishes to you and the corporation in the future. I will watch with
interest for further good things from the C.E.D.C.
Sincerely,
