BA 2010-05-20 KCB KEEP COPPELL BEAUTIFUL MEETING May 20, 2010 Meeting Time: 7:00 p.m. Meeting Place: Conference Room Coppell Road Service Center 816 South Coppell Road Mission: To involve individuals and businesses throughout the community to promote education and initiatives that encourage waste reduction, litter prevention, beautification and environmental sustainability. Notice is hereby given that the Keep Coppell Beautiful Board will meet in regular session at 7:00 p.m., May 20, 2010, in the Conference Room at Coppell Road Service Center. Members include: Craig Pritzlaff (Chair), Shannon Olmstead (Vice Chair), David Caviness, Charles Dart, Samuel Duff, Carole Gayler and Brandi Todd. Student Advisors: Elizabeth Meyer and Geetika Rao. City Liaison: Cristal Rollins. The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following items: Agenda Item 1: Call to Order. Item 2: Consider Approval of Minutes: April 15, 2010. Item 3: Citizen’s Forum. Citizens should complete a Citizen’s Appearance Form. Pursuant to the State Open Meetings Law, the Committee is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted on the Agenda. Action on your statement can only be taken at future meetings. Item 4: Report and discussion from subcommittee activities and action items. Item 5: Report and discussion of Earthfest activities. Item 6: Discussion and vote on July 4th parade participation. Item 7: Discussion of Adopt-a-Location program. Item 8: Discussion of Coppell Green Team. Item 9: Youth report. Item 10: Community Programs Report (written).
