As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein. Consider approval of the Old Town Addition, Lots 1-9, Blocks A-G, Preliminary Plat, to subdivide 23.12 acres of property into nine (9) lots located on land generally bounded by Bethel Road, Coppell Road, Burns Street and Hammond Street, at the request of the City of Coppell, being represented by Mindi Hurley, Economic Development Coordinator. STAFF REP.: Matt Steer 6. Update on Council action for planning agenda items on July 13, 2010: A. Case No. S-1093R-C, Taco Bell, a zoning change request from S-1093-C to S-1093R-C, to permit the addition of a drive-thru entry portal, an order point canopy and the replacement of the existing menu board on property located at 115 North Denton Tap Road. B. Case No. S-1220R-TC, Verizon Wireless, a zoning change request from S- 1220-TC to S-1220R-TC, to allow the replacement of existing telecommunication antennae and the expansion of the equipment cabinet enclosure on property located at 363 North Denton Tap Road in Andy Brown West Park. C. APPEAL: Case No. PD-237R-HC, QuikTrip, Commission’s recommendation for denial of a zoning change request from A to PD-237R-HC, to allow a convenience store with eight gas pump islands on property located at the northeast corner of South Belt Line Road and the proposed extension of Dividend Drive. D. Denton Creek @ Sandy Lake Addition, Lots 1 & 2, Block A, Minor Plat, a minor plat to allow the construction of a single-family home on Lot 1 and the future construction of an office building on Lot 2 on property located on the north side of Sandy Lake Road, west of Starleaf Road. E. An Ordinance for Case No. PD-209R3-C, TownOaks Centre, a zoning change from PD-209-C to PD-209R3-C, to allow covered parking spaces and an enhanced entrance in the rear of the building on property located at the southeast corner of Sandy Lake Road and Denton Tap Road. 7.
