Notice is hereby given that the Building and standards Board of the City of Coppell, Texas, will
meet on Monday, December 13,, 2010, at 7:00 p.m.,. in the Fire Administration Conference
Room, 500 southwestern Boulevard.
As authorized by section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be
convened into closed Executive session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from
the City Attorney on any agenda item listed herein.

XTEM.2: Public Hearing to consider the recommendation for adoption of the 2009 Editions
f the following Codes: International Building Code, International Energy Code,
International Fire Code,, International Fuel Gas Code,, International Mechanical
Code, International Plumbing Code, International Property Maintenance Code,
International Residential Building Code, as well as the 2011 Edition of the National
Electrical Cede, all with local Coppell amendments, carried over from the previous
code adoption,
