Chairperson LeGros called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Item 2: Approve the Minutes for October 4, 2007* Action: Motion by Vice Chairperson Persch acher, second by Commissioner Ketchum to approve the minutes for October 4, 2007. The motion carried 5-0 with Chairperson LeGros, Vice Chairperson Perschbacher, Ketchum, m, Co .er and Hirschy voting in favor of the motion. Item 3: PUBLIC HEARING to consider the recommendation for adoption of the 2009 Editions of the following Codes: International Building Code, International Energy Code, International Fire Code, International Fuel Gas Code, International Mechanical Code, International Plumbing Code, International Property Maintenance Code, International Residential Building Code, as well as the 2011 Edition of the National Electrical Code, all with local Coppell amendments, carried over from the previous code adoption. Presentation: Michael Arellano, Chief Building Official, made a. presentation to -Lhe Commission.
