KEEP COPPELL BEAUTIFUL MEETING

Mission: To involve individuals and businesses throughout the community to
promote education and initiatives that encourage waste reduction, litter
prevention, beautification and environmental sustainability.
Notice is hereby given that the Keep Coppell Beautiful Board will meet in regular session at
7:00 p.m., March 17, 2011, in the Conference Room at Coppell Road Service Center.
Members include: Brandi Todd (Chair), David Caviness (Vice Chair), Eric Dillie, Samuel
Duff, Terra Taylor, Shannon Wentz, Tabitha Wilson. Student Advisors: Goutham Kandru
and Geetika Rao. City Liaison: Cristal Rollins. The purpose of this meeting is to consider
the following items:

Item 1: Call to Order
Item 2: Consider Approval of Minutes: February 17, 2011.
Item 3: Citizen’s Forum.
Citizens should complete a Citizen’s Appearance Form. Pursuant to
the State Open Meetings Law, the Committee is restricted in discussing
or taking action on items not posted on the Agenda. Action on
your statement can only be taken at future meetings.
Item 4: Discussion of Board priorities survey results (D. Caviness).
Item 5: Update on Clean Coppell activities and registration.
Item 6: Discussion of Earthfest booth message and activities (youth advisors).
Item 7: Discussion of KCB Report to Council.
Item 8: Discussion of Board Members' Skills and Personal Associations Available
to Support KCB Activities.
Item 9: Community Programs Report (written).
