The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell met in an emergency
meeting on April 22, 1980 at 7:30 p.m. in the Coppell City Hall.
The following members were present:
Foy Layton, Chairman
Geren Burton, Co -Chairman
Thomas Rainey, Commissioner
Larry Wells, Commissioner
Ray Smedul, Commissioner
Also present was City Administrator James Eli -um.
The meeting was called to order.
The first item considered by the Commission was the approval of the replat of
Kimbel Kourt. Following discussion Commissioner Rainey moved that this item
be approved as submitted; Commissioner Smedul seconded and motion carried 5-0.
