J. Harwell Pat Lloyd Absent: C. 0. Perkins, Dr. Austin Discussion of Planned Development concerning the Caldwell 275 acres being rezoned under planned development. Discussion of 14La re tract with ideas of stables on property owned by Mrs. Ruby PThis request was applied for by Dr. Vail. No further business being presented at this time, the meeting was adjourned. J. Harwell C. O. Perkins Dr. Austin Absent: Pat Lloyd Dr. Martin Vale met with commission for request of zoning change from SF 10 to agriculture with special use for purpose of boarding and training horses and rides;, as outlined in site plan presented by Dr. Vale. Motion seconded by B. J. Harwell. Vote unanimous. Austin - Co - Chairman Discussion of application of Coppell Regional Airport Land Investment for new zoning on approximately 206 acres adjoining to Coppell Road and North of Thweatt Rd. Mr. Sam Wyse presented purposal for new zoning. Bart Bradford spoke for Good Associates. There was no opposition. Motion made by Dr. Austin to accept. Seconded by A. T. Jenkins.
