BA 1999-07-15 PZNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING July 15, 1999 CITY OF COPPELL PLANNING AND ZONING CONMISSION Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet in pre -session at 6 p.m. and in regular session at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 15, 1999, in the Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items: AGENDA PRE -SESSION: 6 p.m. (Open to the Public) Item 1: Briefing on the Agenda. REGULAR SESSION: 6:30 p.m. (Open to the Public) Item 2: Call to Order. Item 3: Consider approval of Minutes of June 17, 1999. Item 4: PUBLIC HEARING: Consider approval of Case No. S-1165. Ole's Tex-Mex Restaurant, zoning change request from R (Retail) to R-S.U.P. (Retail, Special Use Permit), to allow a 2,600 square foot private club restaurant located at 600 E. Sonic Restaurant, zoning change from C-S.U.P. and C (Commercial and Commercial, Special Use Permit) to C-S.U.P. (Commercial, Special Use Permit), to incorporate approximately 5,422 square feet of land to an existing .658 -acre site and allow the development of 13 additional parking spaces, 9 to include menu boards, located at 201 N. Block A and Minor Plat, to incorporate approximately 5,422 square feet of land to an existing .658 -acre site and allow the development of 13 additional parking spaces located at 201 N. Site Plan Amendment, to allow the construction of a 26,000 square foot warehouse addition and the development of 40 parking spaces and 21 truck spaces on property located at 1303 Crestside Drive, at the request of WSI Architects. MacArthur Boulevard and Starleaf Street, at the request of Glenn Engineering, Inc.
