BA 1998-08-20 PZNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING August 20, 1998 CITY OF COPPELL PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, August 20, 1998, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will meet jointly with members of the City Council for a work session from 5:30-6 p.m. At 6 p.m. the Commission will meet in pre -session and at 6:30 p.m in regular session in Council Chambers in Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. GTE Shared Services Center, zoning change request from HC (Highway Commercial) to PD -HC (Planned Development, Highway Commercial) to allow the development of two 5 -story office buildings on 23.4418 acres of property located at the northeast corner of Corporate Park Boulevard and S.H. 121, at the request of the Beck Group.
