Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will
meet jointly with members of the City Council for an Executive Session and work session from
6-7 p.m. At 7 p.m., it will hold its pre -session meeting and will meet in regular session at 7:30
p.m. on Thursday, November 20, 1997, in the Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard,
Coppell, Texas 75019. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items:

Ma , amending the Site Plan for property zoned PD -SF, HC & FP
(Planned Development, Single Family, Highway Commercial and Floodplain), to
allow for the deletion of alleys for Lots 8-12, Zone A, and Lots 27-39, Zone A,
as well as to increase the rear building line from 20 to 35 feet for Lots 37-39,
Zone A, at the request of Dowdey, Anderson & Associates, Inc.

of a 114 -lot residential development on 51 acres of property located at the

Town Center Boulevard and Town Center Drive, at the request of Dowdey,
Anderson & Associates, Inc.

Center. Reolat of Lots 1-2. Block 5 and Site Plan Review, to allow the
development of a 151,304 square foot office facility on 14.2799 acres of property
located at the southwest comer of Beltline Road and Airline Drive, at the request
of Halff Associates, Inc.

Item 11: PUBLIC HEARING: To consider the approval of Freeport North. Renlat of

310,000 square foot office/warehouse distribution facility on a 16.588 acre tract
of land located at the northwest comer of Royal Lane and Northpoint Drive, at
the request of Halff Associates, Inc.

development of a 4,350 square foot office building on a 33,039 square foot site
located along the east side of MacArthur Blvd., approximately 152 feet south of
Riverchase Drive, at the request of Winkelman and Associates, Inc.

Item 13: To consider the approval of .Camps 1 Center for the Arts. Site Plan Review, to
allow the conversion of the existing Fire Station #2 into a community arts center
located at 157 S. Moore Road, at the request of the City of Coppell.

Item 14: To consider the approval of MacArthur Plaza. Lot 4. Block 1, Final Plat, (Upper
Image Car Wash) to allow the development of a self-service car wash on a .668
acre tract of land located along the west side of MacArthur Blvd., approximately
1,014 feet north of Beldine Road, at the request of Graham Associates, Inc.

Item 15: To consider the approval of Gunner Subdivision, Lots 1 and 2. Block A. Final
PW, to permit construction of a 600 -unit apartment complex to be built in two
phases on separate tracts of property totaling 37.77 acres located on the south side
of Beldine Road, approximately 2,100 feet east of MacArthur Blvd., at, the
request of Carson, Salcedo, McWilliams, Inc.
