PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will
meet in pre -session at 7 p.m. and in regular session at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 16,
1997, in the Coppell Town Center, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019. The
purpose of the meeting is to consider the following items:

REGULAR SESSION: 7:30 p.m. (Open to the Public)
Item 2: Call to Order.
Item 3: Election of a Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Item 4: Election of a Vice Chairman of the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Item 5: Approval of Minutes of September 18, 1997.

34.861 acre tract of land located along the east side of Coppell Road,

Rim Investors, L.L.C.

development of 44 residential lots on a 13.435 acre tract of land located along
the south side of Sandy Lake Road, approximately 2000 feet west of Denton

development of 43 residential lots on a 12.217 acre tract of land located along

Marshall, Inc.
